draws its aspiration from a best selling book “The Alchemist” by
Paulo Coelho. The book
subscribes to our fundamental belief that we are all born to
achieve our destiny. That we are tested as we progress towards
our goal and our destinies are dependant upon the decisions we
take today.
The Executive Search industry is
differentiated into two distinct categories of service
providers. A majority operate from job portals, sometimes
conduct preliminary prescreening, operate on functional
competencies. They sometimes employ rudimentary skill testing
tests and background checks. The other category of recruiters
whom we associate ourselves with, work on job competencies
derived through extensive interviewing at three levels of the
employers organization, shortlisting desired skill sets and
identifying human resources through multilayered interviews and
interventions, conducting discreet background checks and
offering to the client a comprehensive feedback on the strengths and
weaknesses of each candidate.
