We offer staffing solutions to leading MNC companies like Yamaha Motors, Hitachi Home Life Solutions and Sunlife. We have PF and ESI registrations and a dedicated staff to hold hands with staff outsourced to our clients.

 CV Verification

All MNC clients insist on CV verification as a prerequisite to inductions. Personal and
professional integrity are key for a manager and our verification system ensures that the person you employ is what he or she claims to be.

A preliminary reference check is conducted on contact details, qualifications, employment record check is conducted during the joining time of the employee and the current employment details of designation, salary, job responsibilities and peer feedback is submitted after 30 days of the joining.

We also undertake complete HR Certification projects for existing staff. The results and the HR records are hosted on our secured website and the client has password access. Hence HR Managers can have complete HR data available to them at the click of a mouse for their multilocated staff. Data is updated every six months pertaining to appraisals, increments, rewards and punishments and details of exit interviews.
