B. S. CHANNI is  a Management Graduate (1976)  with 26 years experience in Sales and Marketing. He has worked and headed  some of India's best known Consumer Durable brands like  LG, Videocon, Kenstar, Usha , Batliboi , Symphony and Maharaja Whiteline.

Established in 2002 The Alchemist - HR Solutions has over the time specialized in  the GLASS and PRINTING Industry. It also has a sizable client base in the  middle -east  especially UAE and caters to the Manufacturing , Printing, Hospitality, and Construction Industries.

We focus on providing HR solutions to our  clients in the field of  Recruitment , CV Verification , Training and Staffing Solutions.

He was the  first batch graduate from IIT Kharagpur>Currently a Professional Engineer registered in California. He was a former Vice Principal Railway Staff College , Baroda. He initiated the Automated Recruitment Process of the company and is currently Involved in introducing best practices of  the US Executive Search Industry into The Alchemist HR Solutions search methodology.

Manages the Finance and Admin portfolio. She brings in value based business norms of ethics and fairness.

A seasoned HR Veteran with a background in LG Electronics, Videocon and Western  Refrigeration. He remains steadfast in delivering values through commitment. He is involved in senior management assessments.
